July 2026

  • Added support for highlighting and removing search results from "AI slop" domain lists.
  • UI/UX improvements.
  • Partnered with ProxyStore to offer cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Monero) and additional cash-by-mail currencies for Uruky vouchers.

  • RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds added for product updates.

  • Removed the "beta" tag for image search.
  • URL Rewrites added (replace domains in search result links with privacy-focused alternatives, e.g. x.com → xcancel.com).
  • Date filter added for web and image search (enable in settings, use the When filter or the w query parameter).
  • Removed some translations to speed up development of new features and functionality (like anonymous vouchers and cash-by-mail payments).

  • Added support for highlighting and removing search results from malicious domain lists.
  • A bug in Uruky Site Search Crawler (1.0) caused the small web index to crawl URLs ignoring robots.txt. This happened for less than 24 hours and has been fixed in the latest version (1.1). Meanwhile, we have purged the small web index until Hetzner authorizes us to run the crawler again. Domains for paid accounts are still indexed, crawled, and accessible in the Uruky Site Search index.
  • Added support for "feeling lucky" and image search bangs (! and !i, respectively).
  • PriEco search provider added.
  • Implemented global keyboard shortcuts for search result navigation.
  • Added support for downloading the source code after 12 months with an active account (no NDA required).
  • Verbatim filter added for web search (enable in settings, use the Verbatim filter or the v query parameter).

May 2026
