Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 4, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how I'm Blue, Lda. ("Uruky") processes your personal information when you use our website, applications or services (collectively, "Services").

Our underlying policy is minimal data collection and no selling of your data. We do not log your search activity. In some situations we process personal data: for example when you make a payment or contact us. In those cases, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other applicable data protection laws apply.

Purpose and legal basis for each processing

Payments. Payment information is processed to provide the service, handle refunds, and for accounting purposes. Processing for the service and refunds is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. Processing for accounting is necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. Portuguese accounting and tax law).

Support and contact. Emails and messages sent via our website are processed to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support. This processing is based on our legitimate interest to help you.

Categories of personal data

We process the following categories of personal data:

Account. When you register, you receive a random account number. We store that number and the timestamp (date and time with timezone) of account creation. This data is stored securely and encrypted; it is not encrypted end-to-end.

Payments (Mollie). When you pay via Mollie, our payment provider may process data such as transaction/charge ID, last four digits of the card, card type, expiry date, and country. We only store, for 15 days, the transaction ID and transaction date (so we can process refunds within that window). See Mollie's Privacy Policy for details.

Support and contact. If you contact us by email or through our site, we may keep your email address and the content of your message to respond and follow up. This is deleted when the matter is resolved.

How long is the personal data saved?

Account data. Retained for as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, we delete this data immediately.

Payment data. We may retain payment-related data for our refund period and for accounting purposes as required by applicable Portuguese law (e.g. accounting and tax retention). After any statutory retention period, the data is permanently deleted.

Support and contact. Messages and contact details are deleted when the request is resolved.

Third-party recipients

Your personal data is only shared with third parties that perform services on our behalf and for the purposes stated above. Those recipients include payment processors (e.g. Mollie), search index providers (e.g. Mojeek), and, where relevant, infrastructure providers. They are bound by contract and confidentiality.

Legal disclosure. We may share your data when required: to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request; to enforce our Terms, including investigating possible violations; to detect, prevent or resolve fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Uruky, our users or the public, as required or permitted by law.

Is any transfer made to a third country?

No. We only store and process your personal data within the EU/EEA.

Automated decision making

We do not use automated decision-making (including profiling) that has legal or similarly significant effects.

Rights of individuals

You have the right, in certain situations, to request correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and (where applicable) data portability. Where the legal basis is legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time. You also have the right to request a copy of your personal data and a registry extract.

In many cases we will not hold identifiable data beyond what is needed for payments or support. Exercising some rights (e.g. deletion of payment or account data) may limit our ability to provide support, including refunds or account recovery. Some requests may not be granted where we have a legal obligation or another lawful basis to retain the data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Portugal, that is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt. To exercise your rights, please contact us.
